Complexity fees

Complexity fees HEAVILY depend on the characters design and how much of the character is shown. Headshot vs fullbody.Charges are on a sliding scale, +$5-$25 per catogory!Wings/Extra limbs are always +$10

Prices for dragons, especially WOF dragons are going to have higher complexity fees
