Complexity fees HEAVILY depend on the characters design and how much of the character is shown. Headshot vs fullbody.Low charge is $5-$15
High charge is $20-$40Wings/Extra limbs are always +$10

Prices for dragons, especially WOF dragons are going to have higher complexity fees

Wof base

Small edits like tears in the wings or different eye shapes can be made to these lines.

My art & designs are NEVER allowed to be traced, heavily referenced, heavily edited/changed, recolored, stolen or claimed as someone else's.
By purchasing any of my art, you (the client) automatically agree to the following conditions. I can deny your request If I realize you didn't read this or you don’t follow these conditions.
Nothing made by stargazerkittycat may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

Process

Payment is made upfront and in full.
Updates will be given when available and you are welcomed to give input!
Sketches will almost always be delivered within a week of payment.
Complete turn-around time is approximately 2 weeks, but can take up to a month.
Complexity of commission effects turn-around time.
Any time before commission start you are able to request a refund.
After the sketch you are able to refund 30-70% of your commissions price.

General t.o.s

  • All my artwork is copyrighted & watermarked. You can NOT remove watermarks.

  • You can NOT use my art for commercial use of any form.

  • You are allowed to re-post commissions or use it as your profile photo on your page, but it must be credited using my username stargazerkittycat and/or a link to my Instagram, DeviantArt or this website page.

Commission t.o.s

  • Paypal, Venmo & Cash app only

  • I will start the commission when payment is received, NOT before.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time before art is started

  • If under any circumstance I fail to receive money and art has been started or completed I have the right to modify the art so it can be resold.

  • If commissioned work is unpaid for and ends up resold, you can pay to keep the original version, but can not deny me from selling the alternate version.

  • I can sell adopts that use palettes and patterns from Custom design commissions that were unused if different enough from end product.

Adoptable t.o.s

  • Payment options are design specific.

  • You can add piercings, tattoos, scars, clothes etc.

  • You can change the gender of the character.

  • You can make small marking or color changes.

  • You can transfer the design to a different species.

  • You can resell the adopt for the same price you bought it for, NOT higher unless it comes with additional COMMISSIONED art.

  • Once you buy the adopt, you can make additional art of it.

  • You can roleplay with it, or use it as a character or sona.

  • You are NOT allowed to claim the design of the adoptable as your own even if you bought it.
